  • Thursday October 17th- Polson Chamber of Commerce’s SPLASH, support Polson Late Afternoon Social Hour takes place at the North Lake County Library in Polson from 5-7pm.   • Friday October 18th- National Flood will be hosting a Red Cross blood drive from 10:30-3:30
  • Saturday October 19th- A Fundraiser dinner and auction will take place at the Elks Club in Polson from 5-9pm for Kevin and Anne Engebretson who have both been diagnosed with cancer. Dinner is $10 per ticket or $30 for a family of 4 and evening includes live and silent auctions.
  • Monday October 21st- Hope Church will be hosting a Red Cross blood drive from 12-5:30
  • Tuesday October 22nd- Eureka LDS Church will be hosting a Red Cross blood drive from 12-5
  • Wednesday October 23rd- Meadow Lake Resort will be hosting the bloodmobile from 12-5:30
  • Thursday October 24th- Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Polson will hold it’s 49th annual Swedish Meatball harvest dinner from 4-6:30pm in it’s fellowship hall. Cost for the meal for Adults is $10, kids 12 and under $5. Dinner proceeds benefit Polson’s Senior Citizen’s Center. Take out orders are available for pick up after 3pm.   • Thursday October 24th- Applied Materials on Birch Grove will be hosting the bloodmobile from 12-5:30
  • Friday October 25th- Flathead County Health will be hosting a blood drive from 10-3 and Bigfork Glacier Bank will be hosting the Bloodmobile from 9-2
  • Friday October 25th and Saturday October 26th- Haunted house is taking place at the Ronan Performing Arts Center. From 5-6:45pm there will be a lights on version without jump scares and from 7-10pm there is a lights off version. Cost is $3 for the lights on version and $4 for the lights off version. Proceeds go to support Thespian troupe 8746 to help them go compete at the MT Thespian Festival in February.

  • Monday October 28th- Kim Coontz, a national expert on childcare, will be giving a presentation on cooperative and employer assisted childcare options that could help put people to work here in the Mission Valley.   • Friday November 1st- The annual Fall bazaar and luncheon is being held at the First United Methodist Church of Polson located at 301 16th Avenue from 10-2. Lunch is being served from 11-1 and menu consists of soup and sandwiches, topped off with an apple dumpling and ice cream. Art, homemade crafts, and baked goods will be up for sale.   • Everyone is welcome if you are hungry or in need of fellowship at Polson Church dinners from 5-7 pm at the following locations: 1st Friday of the month at the Catholic Church, 2nd Friday at the Presbyterian Church, 3rd Friday @ the United Methodist Church, 4th Friday at the Heritage of Faith Church (Journey B) and 5th Friday at Community Christian. Lunch is served every Saturday from 11:30-1:30 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church
    Every Monday at the North Lake County Public Library in Polson at 10:30am is Mother Goose, a half hour program for toddlers and their caregivers with nursery ryhmes and stories galore. Makerspace takes place from 3:30-5pm for kids of all ages and their caregivers allowing kids to build, make, and play
